Design Process
Research › Ideate › Prototype › Validate › Implementation
I apply a broad range of design methodologies tailored to the scope and phase of each project.
The research phase, I focus on gathering insights and synthesising opportunities to inform prototyping. I review market analysis, conduct user interviews, and run workshops to uncover features and pain points. Using design thinking methods, I facilitate sessions that help teams empathise with users and create ideas. This early collaboration ensures that concepts are grounded in real needs while inspiring innovative solutions.

Prototyping & Validation
I follow an iterative, user-centred process that moves from information architecture and flows to wireframing and rapid prototyping. Using lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, I validate assumptions through user testing in both online and onsite labs. My toolkit includes Figma and Figma Make, which I use to accelerate iteration and deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.

Implementation
The implementation phase focuses on delivering final, production ready designs. Depending on project needs, I work within existing frameworks or create new design system components for developers to build from. I refine technical flows, UI designs, and interaction patterns, ensuring clarity through detailed design specifications in tools like Figma. Post-deployment, I track and measure performance, integrating data-driven feedback into future iterations to continuously improve the product.
